Dr. Roger Billings explores our insatiable need for energy and some of the sources, current and future, we can tap, including the concept of what scientists call “zero-point energy” (ZPE). He explains the phenomenon and then illustrates with stories of some of his encounters with those seeking to harness ZPE.
