RECIPES:

SALMON:

INGREDIENTS:
-Alaskan salmon filets
-olive oil
-Canadian steak seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:
-preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking dish with aluminum foil
-lightly coat salmon with EVOO
-sprinkle on seasoning
-put in oven for about 12-15 min

PROTEIN MATCHA (without a matcha kit):

INGREDIENTS/TOOLS:
-1 tsp of matcha
-1 tbsp of water-small sifter
-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
-honey (optional)
-cinnamon (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
-microwave water in a microwave-safe bowl or glass for about 15 seconds. Water should be hot but not boiling
-sift matcha into water and mix
-pour into drinking glass over ice
-make a vanilla protein shake (either premade or follow protein shake instructions)
-add vanilla protein shake to matcha mixture
-top with cinnamon and honey

GREEK CHICKEN BOWLS:

SALAD INGREDIENTS:
-shredded lettuce
-rotisserie chicken
-red onion, thinly sliced-pepperoncini
-kalamata olives
-feta

DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
-5 oz plain greek yogurt
-1 lemon-fresh dill
-black pepper
-garlic

INSTRUCTIONS:
-place lettuce into bowl and cut up all veggies, chicken and canned ingredients
-mix together dressing ingredients in a small bowl
-top salad with a drizzle of EVOO, red wine vinegar, and greek yogurt dressing
-serve with pita bread

PROATS:

INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1 cup water or milk
-1 dry scoop of vanilla protein powder
-honey (optional)
-pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
-in a microwave safe bowl, mix together oats, water, protein powder and salt-cover and microwave for about 2 min or until you reach the desired texture :)
-top with honey, banana, dates, or any other fruit you like

BURGER LETTUCE WRAPS:

INGREDIENTS:
-1 lb ground beef
-Worcestershire sauce
-2 cloves of garlic
-paprika
-oregano
-S&P
-lettuce
-desired toppings (i.e. tomato, cheese, onion, jalapeno, pickles)

INSTRUCTIONS:
-preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
-mix ground beef with Worcestershire, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper (I eyeball all of these seasonings)
-create patties and place onto a lined baking sheet
-bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, last 5 minutes add cheese
-when ready to serve, wrap patty in a piece of lettuce and top with desired veggies and condiments

BISON CHILI:

INGREDIENTS:
-1lb ground bison
-1 red bell pepper
-1 white onion
-4 cups beef broth
-1 (14.5 oz) can black beans
-1 (14.5 oz) can kidney beans
-1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
-2 tbsp tomato paste
-1 package of frozen corn
-1 packet of taco seasoning
-2 cloves of garlic
-salt
-pepper
-2 tbsp cumin
-1 tbsp chili powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
-cut up all veggies and rinse beans in a strainer, set aside
-heat bison in large pot on medium-high heat
-once browned, add taco seasoning packet and a splash of water
-add veggies, beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, broth and seasonings to pot
-heat to a boil
-lower heat once boiling, cover, and let simmer for about 20-30 min
-top with sour cream, greek yogurt, cheese and/or chips
