Welcome! I have a PhD in Biochemistry from Boston University School of Medicine and, today, I discuss the science surrounding soya beans and the estrogenic effects of soy. It acts like estrogen, science research shows. Is this a myth and should it be debunked? Is soy an estrogen disruptor? What about testosterone levels? And the big question: is soy sauce ok?
