On the 3rd of March 1974, Turkish Airlines flight 981 crashed into the Ermenonville forest about 37km North East of Paris.
This was the second DC10 crash within two years and became the deadliest aviation accident of its time. In this video we will look into the reason behind this crash and what put it apart from American Airlines flight 96.
