A home is under renovation in Roxbury, Connecticut, and it needs a dry crawl space to keep it odor-free from subterranean gases and moisture.
Crawl space waterproofing using our Supercrete method is a very work-intensive installation. Yet, we manage to offer it for a similar cost to other crawl space encapsulation jobs. The significant advantage to using our Supercrete method is the lack of taped seams using encapsulation tarps. Also, our approach does not trap moisture between the wall or floor behind a tarp requiring a dehumidifier to hike up your electric bill.

One interesting note about this project; there is no running water because the house is under renovation. The water pipes and well-water pump are not in service, so we had to figure a way around this dilemma to supply our concrete pumper with water. Watch and find out how we do it.
