Learn how to reframe or respond to negative feedback or disappointment at work with one tool.

SIMPLY PUT

I’m an award-winning artist and bestselling author who became an industrial-organizational psychologist in order to make work well.

I still make art, I continue to write. I work a job and also consult, advise and speak in the corporate setting (learn more at Dr.Steach.com ).

I activate my 20,000 + hours of formal studio art training, psychology education, business experience, and hard-won life lessons by mixing aesthetics and research to help develop work cultures that enhance, empower, and engage people for the betterment of their organization and community.

This holistic approach - inclusive of the human, built, and intangible environments® - is my definition of workplace well-being.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Before ‘research shows’ there was ‘common sense knows’. My work integrates both.

I ultimately believe that both artists and researchers imagine what can become in the white space between what already exists. We hypothesize, strategize, then design ways to manifest what we believe can be.

In truth, we are all part artists and part researchers. And it is this belief that compels me to create, collaborate, to work with inspiration and intention.
