Lymphatic drainage is one of the primary treatments for lymphedema or swelling to the face, head, and neck. Some get lymphedema because they have lymph nodes removed for surgery, they may have had damage due to an injury or radiation, or some may have lymphedema due to genetic reasons. Follow along for a FULL manual lymphatic drainage (lymphatic drainage massage) routine for head, neck, and the face. I am going to show an entire lymphatic drainage routine for the face, head, and neck that someone can follow along with, and explain which direction to try and move towards if you have lymphedema or swelling.
