Let's address the madness! There are so many people who go down to their county office and get something called a Doing Business As (DBA) or Assumed Name Certificate and incorrectly believe they have some type of legal protection. The truth is really don't. If legal protection is what you are interested in, the limited liability company is your better option. This video explains why.
