The sheriff’s lieutenant killed in a shootout Sunday night in Salina was honored with a procession Monday as his body was moved from downtown Syracuse to a funeral home. Around 100 emergency vehicles formed the procession as the body of sheriff’s Lt. Michael Hoosock was taken from the Wallie J. Howard Center for Forensic Sciences in downtown Syracuse to the Thomas J.
