►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use teal as your base color
-(Optional) protect around your nails with the barrier of your choice
-In your cup of water, create a bullseye with all 3 colors
-Using your orange stick, carefully draw in your design and then dip your nail(s)
-Clean any excess polish from the surface, then slowly pull your fingers out
-Remove protection if used and clean up around the edges
-Finish with top coat!
