Transmission pipeline locations are located and marked when any excavation activity is to take place in the vicinity of the pipelines. Underground Service Alert (Call 811 Before You Dig ) will alert its members that excavation activity will be taking place, and per Government code 4216, we will locate and mark the location of our pipelines. In addition, a SoCalGas transmission crew will standby during construction activity.
