This was one of the best negotiation tips I got from the godfather of negotiation and former hostage negotiator Matthias Schranner. He runs the Negotiation Institute in Zurich and invited us to record a podcast with him. After that interview, we had the chance to ask him about the most important tips for any negotiation.
