All good things come to an end, but Leslie Schilling and I close out the series by giving you practical tips for health and wellbeing. We will be emphasizing the importance of:

• Seeking help if you are struggling with disordered eating

Our hope is that you walk away from this series feeling loved, valued, and grateful for the wonderful body that you live in. You don’t need to conform to certain body standards imposed by others. But hear me when I say that if you are in a place where you are stuck or struggling, please, please, please seek help. You don’t have to walk through this alone.
