First lady Tammy Murphy was not the only U.S. Senate candidate to drop out of the primary. A GOP contender and former News 12 New Jersey reporter Alex Zdan also announced on Monday that he’s dropping his Senate bid. That leaves entrepreneur Curtis Bashaw and Mendham Mayor Christine Serrano Glassner left to fight for the Republican nomination.
