The internet is still young. However discriminative practices took no time in adversely effecting Black individuals and businesses. Complaints of ISP throttling; Search result favoritisms; Verification non-approvals; Big bell companies blackballing minority businesses; and much more need to be rectified. Net bias (or network bias) is the counter-principle to net neutrality, which indicates differentiation or discrimination of price and the quality of content or applications on the Internet by ISPs.
