Guys and Gals listen. Go to google.. read the reviews on Transam and ONE LEASING… this is a major problem but Transam is the worst one. These mega carriers are the only ones who will give you a shot with no experience (Transam, Schneider, Werner, WESTERN express, Swift/KNIGHT, US EXPRESS/Variant, etc. everybody’s lane like BIG G express, PTL, Buddy more trucking they want 6+ months to 2 years experience which means you gotta really have always wanted to be a trucker from the time you was a kid to deal with BS like these beginner/rookie trucking companies put you through. Now only making $1K-$1800K a week is one thing (because those other companies require minimum 1 year experience), BUT, damn near dividing yourself into 3 different people and your check still being less than $1,000 (like $200.. $400... $600 a week) is unacceptable. Go read the reviews on Indeed, Glassdoor, CDL LIFE on Transam… once again, do NOT go here and accept their BS unless you have a HIGH CSA SCORE, ARE A CONVICTED FELON, or have drug/alcohol violations , DUI/DWI’s on your background/driving report. Idk what I was thinking going here I don’t fall in any of those categories but I just needed to get my foot in the door so I can move up and move forward in my new career.
