Porsche Boxster S 986 Car Review – Why this Car is One of the BEST modern classic car daily drivers!

If you have been looking for a future classic car to invest in, either because you want a car appreciating in value because you are a classic car collector or you want a fun daily car without car depreciation, then the Porsche Boxster 986 might be exactly what you are looking for!

I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to carry out a car test drive and car review of this Boxster S, future classic car on the B and A roads near where I live and I can 100% confirm, that this Porsche S 986 is no poor man’s Porsche! instead, it is quite simply ones of the best sports cars for under 10k that you can buy today! In fact, I suspect that most people who call it a poor man’s Porsche hasn’t even drive one of these amazing cars! And that’s’ right, at the moment (but probably not for long)! You can get this awesome car, which is a fantastic daily driver sports car for under 10k!

I first did a road test and test drove one of these cars many years ago but didn’t end up buying it. So I was really looking forward to jumping into one of them again. Incredibly, the car I was driving in this video was almost 20 years old and yet drove almost like a new car, with responsive suspension, steering and brakes that all worked exactly as I remembered from many years ago! Now it seems surreal that they have become a modern classic car and a car that is appreciating in value, rather than suffering from car depreciation and going down. This makes them a very tempting ownership proposition! How many other cars can you think of that are a fun and reliable daily driver sports car and yet are almost a guaranteed future classic car?

The Boxster 986 has definitely made my shortlist of the best sports cars for under 10k that are also appreciating in value.
