In this talk, the speaker emphasizes the importance of a winning mindset in shaping our future. The key message is that to create a better tomorrow, one must apply a formula consisting of vision, determination, and attitude. Vision is likened to a map and GPS for life’s journey, providing direction and purpose. However, it’s only the starting point; one must actively steer their course through life’s challenges, using their mind, body, and soul. Determination is presented as the driving force that propels us forward when obstacles arise. It’s the resilience to stand firm against doubts and negativity, maintaining focus on the vision, and signaling to supporters that perseverance will lead to success. Attitude is highlighted as a critical element influencing every aspect of the journey. It’s about controlling what can be controlled: our response to life’s unpredictability. By choosing positivity, effort, and energy daily, we can navigate through chaos and inspire others to join in overcoming greater challenges. He is currently the AP Economics and Business Studies Teacher at ISM. As an Educational Leader and Athletic Developer with an M.Ed and MBA, he has achieved the roles of 4x All-American, 2x National Champion, President of the Cambodian Lacrosse Federation, and was the Former head of Men's and Women's lacrosse at Durham University.
