The BEST recipe for homemade protein powder and protein shake. This is an ancient recipe of Indian wrestlers, some of the strongest men on the planet, man of whom were vegetarians and had this drink (Thandai) to gain muscles in a healthy way. Traditionally, this protein-rich drink is also prepared during the Indian festival Holi. This is not unlike the synthetic unnatural protein shakes, this drink and powder are actually SUPER delicious!

In the video I'm showing how to make a protein powder, which you can stay for several weeks in the fridge and simply mix it with milk of your choice when you want to drink it. You can choose any plant-based milk as well, for example, I'm using hemp milk. I will also explain the meaning and health benefits of each single ingredient
