Only a part2 of this repair.
This Bosch hammer came in a few months ago for repair. It was sounding very rough and had little to no hammer action.

The needle roller in the conrod had fallen apart and trashed the piston and striker o rings causing it to loose hammer action.

Sadly It took Bosch around 2 months to get a simply needle bearing and a few o rings.
