The sick kitten is hiding under a pile of rubbish. He is afraid of the other kittens who are from another litter and bigger. After the other kittens are done eating it finally gets somefood. You can also see that his eyes are infected and need treatment. It's tough to catch him though since he's very scared and won't people come close to him.
