Dan W. has a wife and 2 young daughters and is known as a “super dad. But at 34, he started feeling short of breath, tightness in his chest and lost his voice. After undergoing a number of tests and being pumped with steroids and inhalers, he was then diagnosed with stage 4 ALK+ non-small cell lung cancer.

In this story, he shares the importance of patient advocacy, sharing your story and experiences, having doctors in your corner and willing to fight for you and being honest and open with your children.
