Guide for all Cactuar Crush HARD minigames in Final Fantasy 7 VII Rebirth (FF7 Rebirth). To unlock them you must beat all Phenomenon Intel in Corel region, the last two unlock in Chapter 12. Then you can replay all Cactuar Crushes on hard.

You must defeat all enemies within a time limit as Aerith & Yuffie.

For both characters: Equip Hermes Shoes Accessory for auto-haste (won from Titan Slam Grade II Chocobo Race in Gold Saucer) and a maxed out First Strike Materia (from combat simulator challenges). Putting the game on easy difficulty in the settings makes this easier.

Yuffie: Spam windstorm to draw them in, then use art of war while they are all grouped together, for any remaining just use the appropriate physical/ninjutsu attacks to finish them off.

Aerith: Hit the enemies with melee, it's faster to charge the ATB than magic attacks. Then use Sorcerous Storm to kill all enemies in a radius around you. You need to get rid of the orange ones quickly or they will throw bombs which knock you around, losing you points and wasting a lot of time. For the big ones use Transcendence for big damage (must use this ATB command twice for it to work, using it once only charges it, using it a 2nd time deals damage). Always keep 1 Transcendence charged up already for when the big ones spawn, then you only need to spend 1 more ATB to deal damage with it.
