Connor has contacted Aveline in order to ask for her help in locating Patience Gibbs, an escaped slave that Connor wishes to recruit into the Assassin Brotherhood. Due to Aveline's name becoming legendary and almost myth like among the slaves he was hoping that she might be more successful than he had been.
