Formerly Artistic Director of The Frankfurt Playhouse and Center Stage New York, Paul has directed and produced over 90 professional productions in 10 different countries.

Paul also teaches Creative Thinking and Enterprise at The Moscow School of Management and Stockholm School of Economics.

As an Executive Educator and Consultant Paul has led programmes on Creative Communication Re-framing for many businesses including BBC, Liverpool Football Club, McLaren Formula One Racing, Fairtrade and The US Army.

He is currently working as a consultant on supporting and incubating ‘Creative Start-ups’ in Romania, Slovakia, South Africa and Uruguay.
