Anxiety is all about getting ahead of God. Anxiety is carrying tomorrow's load with today's strength. Trying to live multiple days at once. Anxiety wants to control you by making you feel out of control. Anxiety is struggling to rest in today for fear of tomorrow. But tomorrow belongs to God. Take your worries to the Lord in prayer and leave them there. Don't pick them back up, but allow the Lord to deal with the burden.
