Hey there bored and hopefully quarantined post-primates!
This video features EPIC 3d printed ocarina footage played by an unpaid professional (I'm not a professional, just a professional at being unpaid).

I printed this SICK (healthy, but cool) ocarina on my Ender 3 with the most exquisite PLA my money could buy (the cheapest PLA on the market).

My print settings:
Material: PLA
Nozzle Diameter: 0.4mm
Layer Height 0.2mm
Infill: 30% (would 100% be better for resonance? I dunno I'm not trained in musical wizardry)
Speed: 45mm/s
Support: Yes
Adhesion: Raft

Make sure support material is NOT applied to the fipple (the whistle hole that isn't actually a hole because it's a square) as removing the supports there can damage your delicate yet glorious fipple resulting in your ears bleeding more than they should. You can achieve this by only printing support material touching the build plate.

This Ocarina was originally designed by Nimaid and improved by RobSoundtrack. I'm just the monkey who printed it out and figured out how to play it poorly.

Hey!!!!! You're still here? Check out my projects! Or don't. Whatever floats your goat my dude/lady/Intergalactic space lord.
