I would like to show you how to make Pumpkin and carrot Cream Soup. This is a classic and easy-to-make soup that is perfect for a cold winter day. It is made with pumpkin, onion, carrots, celery, vegetable stock, cream, and spices. I am going to mix pumpkin and carrot in the soup which is giving a special flavor to the soup. This pumpkin and carrot cream soup is a vegetarian soup that is easy to make. This cream of pumpkin is very nice as your soup for your dinner at home. You can have it with croutons or toasted breads. The ingredients are :
200 gr Pumpkin.
100 gr Carrot.
25 gr Butter.
50 gr Onion.
25 gr Garlic.
100 ml Cooking Cream.
100 ml Chicken stock.
2 pcs Bay leaves.
0.5 teaspn Paprika powder.
As needed Salt & Pepper.

Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the pumpkin puree, vegetable stock, cream, salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Puree the soup in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve hot, garnished with sour cream or yogurt.

Tips:

For a richer flavor, use homemade pumpkin puree.
If you don't have vegetable stock, you can use chicken stock.
Add a splash of milk or cream to the soup for extra richness.
Garnish the soup with croutons or chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley or thyme.
