Pretty much the same sandwich. It’s the basic Italian sandwich from each place. Both has extra lettuce, tomatoes, onions, extra oil, and a dab of mayonnaise . 
Update.
Ate the other half of both sandwiches the next day. Might have been a draw the first day, but….Jersey Mikes was soggy (the extra oil) but dam it was great!
