Diabetes drugs are one of the costliest for health plans, and a recent KFF report showed that they accounted for up 7 out of 22 top drugs whose prices outpaced inflation. How are health plans responding? Each day, more health plans are looking for innovative solutions (outside of traditional diabetes management) to combat the insulin cost crisis.
