This video is for everyone out there who has had to deal with roommates at one time or another, OR for people about to go to college or move out of their parents house. Dealing with roommates can be tough, especially when your ADHD! You potentially bring a dynamic to the table that other people haven't dealt with before. In this video I want to talk about all the ADHD roommate traits you might have, the other kinds of roommates you might encounter, and how to deal with them from an ADHD perspective. Having been to college, living in forms, sharing houses with college friends, then moving into a shared house, i'v had quite a bit of experience with a range of situations and personalities so hopefully you find this useful in the future or relatable now :)
