Fissure (परिकर्तिका)
Anal fissures are most commonly cased by damage to the lining of the anus or anal canal, the last part of the large intestine. Small tear in the thin, moist tissue that lines the anus. 

Symptoms-
Sharp Pain(दर्द)
Itching(खुजली)
Burning sensation (जलन)
Drop wise bleeding / blood mixed with stool
Painful defecation with blood-streaked stools
Discomfort

Piles (मस्सा, बवासीर, अर्श)
Swellings containing enlarged blood vessels that are found inside or around the bottom (the rectum and anus). Hemorrhoids can develop inside the rectum (internal hemorrhoids) or under the skin around the anus (external hemorrhoids). 

First degree- may bleed but don't come out of your anus.
Second degree- come out of your anus when you have a poo, but go back inside on their own afterwards.
Third degree- come out of your anus and only go back inside if you physically push them back in.
Fourth degree- piles always hang down from your anus and you can't push them back in.

Symptoms-
Bright red blood after you poo
Itchy anus
Feeling like you still need to poo after going to the toilet
Mucus in your underwear or on toilet paper after wiping your bottom
Pain around your anus (if infection or thrombosed)
