Please help our uncle who has his whole family depending on him here in Syria but because of suffering from epilepsy and a herniated disc in his back he can't work to provide for his family.

In Syria there is no such thing benefits, or help from any "government" for the sick and the needy they rely on Allah and help that comes from our Ummah.
