My experience with 'vampire drain' after 8 days of having the car parked. When an electric vehicle is not being used, it tends to suffer from something called 'vampire drain'. This is when the car uses electricity and the battery level goes down when it is off. Electric vehicles have to maintain a proper battery temperature and keep some of the electrical components alive, even when it is parked.
