Guys I am lost for words for how good these damn tires are. The improvements this tire has made to the Shelby GT350 are staggering so watch this video to really understand how good this tire is in the rain.
As I wrap up my few days with this Project 6G Wheel and P4S tire combo here are my final thoughts.
Pros: Increased grip front and rear
Better ride quality by at least 20% even with the lower sidewall
Better braking and shorter stopping in dry and wet
Eliminates the "thump" over expansion joints and bumps
Wider Contact Patch gives more push through in corners
Cheaper than others on the market in these sizes
Better IRS articulation around corners with increase grip
Best ultra high performance tire I ever used in the rain
I feel this is the best ultra high performance tire today
Cons: Lower sidewall height increase wheel gap, WHO CARES!
Front lower air dam hits more often at high speeds on dips
A touch slower steering input because of larger size and offset
Lower center of gravity changes feel and requires alignment
Lack of OEM sizes and applications for other cars
Forget the Cons and buy this tire if you are serious about having the best ultra high performance tire for your car in all driving conditions.
