This is my 1st experiment with the Soloshot3 Optic 25x. It went relatively well. You can see it lost me twice in this long clip. You cannot tell from the footage,but I was pretty far away from the camera on my outside transitions.

The 25x films in 1080p. This worked well for my purposes. Not stabilization was required in post. The camera automatically tracked and zoomed, I 4K really was not necessary.

The zoom level was perfect for capturing jumps when set to a medium field of view with a center focus. Soloshot provides an editor that shows the location of the footage which is pretty cool. That said, I used Davinci Resolve. I did try tweaking the color a bit. Not my best work, not the worst.

I plan to incorporate a bit more Soloshot3 into the channel going forward. I can drop it on the beach and let it calibrate while I pump up. It is quick and easy and my Gopros keep dying quick deaths.
