Learn how to string and use your quip pick below:

1. Lift and open the dispensing case
2. Remove the pick, and make sure it’s open (press the “q” button if not)
3. Clamp onto the floss in the dispenser and press the floss pick until it closes
4. Press floss string down through the notch
5. Pull it away from you to cut the string as close to the notch as possible (when strung, the floss should be about 1.5 inches long)
6. Take your pick — floss your top or bottom teeth first. You’ll need to restring at least once!
7. Press the “q” button to dispose of used floss, after the top and bottom sections — then you’re done!
