In this video I’m going to tell you exactly what a fair price would be for ChargePoint’s stock price after the merger, based on the valuation of ChargePoint.

The enterprise value of ChargePoint currently is 2,4 billion dollars at $10 per share. There will be 304,9 million shares outstanding. And ChargePoint will have 648 million in net cash. In this video we'll use these numbers to calculate the fair value of ChargePoint.
