I see a lot of these videos on TikTok that claim you can “make $500 in 5 minutes” by doing something super easy like recording yourself reading a book out loud. In this video we put those claims to the test to see what it was ACTUALLY like!

Maybe you are surprised by the results, but most likely it doesn’t come as a shock to you. Most of these types of videos that you see on Tik Tok or even YouTube are typically far from the truth. These people make these types of videos not because the “side hustle” works but because it gets them a lot of views.

To be fair, these are legit websites but you usually need a major skill to start out OR there is a huge start-up cost OR it is very difficult to find a job because most of them you are just a freelancer. None of the TikTok’s that we watched made us any money at all.
