Violence erupts when a counterfeiting operation run by the sinister Mr Lung (Tommy Lee) is investigated by undercover agent Pai Yu Ching (Wong Tao) and security chief Lu (Tan Tao Liang). Lu and Pai manage to smash the counterfeit ring, but Mr Lung himself proves more elusive. Will the crime busting duo ever manage to capture this deadly master of the mantis fist and dragon kick?
