Its finally happened people! The FDA has approved the first ever prescription video game! And its to treat ADHD!!! The video game Endeavor, created by the team at Akili, the video game uses decades of neuroscience and a proprietary software to create an experience that stimulates parts of the brain that have cognitive impairments. It stresses the brains ability to focus on many things at once. This is exciting for em as a lifelong avid gamer and also ADHD advocate because its bringing two of the biggest things in my world together!
