Hi, Greetings from my channel" Foreign Tadka"
Today I have shared a homemade super easy and tasty Korean kimchi jjigae recipe. There are many varieties; it is typically made with meat, seafood or vegetables in a broth seasoned with gochujang (red chili paste), soy bean paste, soy sauce or seafood.

Ingredients:
2/3 cup Dashi stock ( I made with shiitake mushroom & kombu ( seaweed) skipped dried anchovy ( you can add )
1 carrot
1 red onion/ green onion
Mushroom
7/8 rice cakes
2 eggs
7/8 shrimp
2/3 tbsp. aged kimchi
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. gochujang (chili paste)
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. sugar/brown sugar/plum sugar/honey
1/2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil/sesame oil
spring onion / toasted sesame seeds

I made this recipe in my Indian way so everyone can easily make this recipe at home and try this super easy kimchi stew. I hope you will like it.
