Ingredients for an Oceanic Feast:

1 kg of assorted frozen seafood, the stars of the sea
1 clove of garlic, the essence of flavor
A stream of olive oil for richness
A splash of dry white wine for aromatic depth
A tin of Italian cherry tomatoes, sun-kissed and sweet
Seasonings: salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley for the herbal chorus
500ml semi-skimmed milk, the base of our creamy sauce
50g plain flour to thicken the tides
450g spaghetti, the golden strands of this culinary tapestry
2 eggs to bind the flavors
A pat of butter for indulgence
2 balls of grated mozzarella cheese, the molten treasure

Cooking Instructions:
Start by crushing a clove of garlic and adding it to a pan with olive oil.
Slice king prawns in half and add them to the pan along with other assorted frozen seafood (salmon, cod, mixed seafood).
Cook on high heat until sizzling and browned, removing excess water as needed.
Season with salt and pepper, then add a splash of dry white wine and allow alcohol to evaporate.
Add a tin of Italian cherry tomatoes and fill the tin with water, then pour it into the pan.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
In a separate saucepan, whisk together semi-skimmed milk, salt, and plain flour to make bechamel sauce. Heat until thickened.
Add bechamel sauce to the seafood mixture along with thyme and parsley, then simmer for another 20 minutes. Ensure the sauce is nice and thick and either cook it for longer or add some cornflour mixed with a little cold water if you wish.
Cook spaghetti until semi-hard, then mix with beaten eggs, butter, and a portion of the seafood sauce.
Grease a baking tin and layer with spaghetti mixture, adding mozzarella cheese in between layers.
Top with remaining spaghetti and seafood sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, covering with foil for the first 15 minutes.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

This recipe for Seafood Spaghetti Bake is a delicious and comforting dish that's perfect for any occasion. Enjoy the combination of tender seafood, flavorful sauce, and cheesy spaghetti layers!

Serving Suggestion: Pair this bake with a crisp white wine and a side of garlic bread to complete the maritime feast.
