It comes in 2 battery motor setups: an entry-level dynamic trim with a 77.4 kWh battery that is paired with a single rear-mounted motor producing 168 kW of power and 350 Nm of torque, and a Techniq and Epic trim with the same 77.4 kWh battery but paired with a HTRAC Dual Motor AWD system that produces 74 kW of power and 255 Nm of torque to the front wheels, along with 165 kW of power and 350 Nm of torque to the rear wheels.

The entry-level IONIQ 6 trim has a WLTP range of 614 km, while the other trims have a range of 519 km. The Ioniq 6 is the first sedan built on the E-GMP platform and features 800V architecture, which enables rapid charging on a 350 kW charger from 10 to 80 percent in as little as 18 minutes. Other charging times include 73 minutes with a 50 kW DC charger and 11 hours and 45 minutes with a home 7 kW AC charger.

The Ioniq 6 has a low aerodynamic drag coefficient of 0.217 and comes with numerous aerodynamic styling choices, resulting in exceptional efficiency. It features a sleek and futuristic design with a low-slung, coupe-like silhouette, and a sporty and aerodynamic side profile.

The car also has a wide width of 188 cm, making it wider than the average sedan. The interior is equipped with numerous advanced features and technologies, such as a 12.3-inch infotainment display, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a heads-up display, and a range of safety features, including lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control.

Manufacturers listed pricing for the IONIQ 6 starts at 74k for the Dynamic RWD And works its way to up to $88,000 for the top trim IONIQ 6 Epic. Rivals for the all new IONIQ 6 include the Tesla Model 3, Polestar 2 and BMW i4.
