After Agree Realty Corporation started paying dividends monthly back in 2021, people almost immediately started comparing them to Realty Income. Because the truth is, both companies have a lot of similarities to each other in the way they do business. They both own very similar property types and both had their IPO’s back in 1994, which makes it easy for us to compare both stocks to each other in terms of total return.
