From the time capsule - Summer 2013: Like the hero lawyer in the famous novel and movie of the 1960s, "To Kill a Mockingbird," northern Virginia's Arthur (most people call him Rusty) von Keller is a tireless advocate for the poor and needy. Helping children and families is his specialty and he's earned praise and recognition for doing it. But, as reporter Marcus Jones observed one evening, von Keller prefers to turn such praise back on the people in the community who help to make what he does for others possible.
