This episode features the Johnston family with Nanny Yvonne Shove. Kristin and Scott Johnston are loving and devoted parents to their darling daughters, but with seven daughters, they're outnumbered. While Scott, an NYPD police officer, walks the beat, Kristin, a stay-at-home mum is on duty full-time and is kept on her toes by the mischievous antics of her daughters. The only break Kristin seems to get is her weekly trip to the grocery store. Scott is used to dealing with stressful situations at work, but when he comes home it's daddy duty with his little ladies times seven...and he's caught off guard. With just one bathroom there's a nightly line up and even when the girls are snug in their beds there still seems to be no downtime for Mum and Dad. The stress of raising seven children has worn on Kristin and she has recently been diagnosed with a heart arrhythmia. Under doctor's orders, Kristin needs to take some time to address her health issues. Can Officer Dad go from dealing with criminals to picking out party dresses? It's no wonder these parents are hauling in Nanny 911 for backup.
