The newest 2024 Corterra fifth-wheel model, Corterra 3.7, measures just under 42 feet long and has 390 square feet of interior space, with room to sleep up to eight guests. It weighs 13,016 lbs. before cargo and has a GVWR of 15,000 lbs.

With a mid-bunk design and a spacious living area, it includes several separate spaces to spread out, but it can also make a luxurious couple’s coach for campers who like extended travel. The main bedroom in the front of the floor plan holds a king-sized bed, two wardrobes, twelve drawers, and a built-in laundry hamper. A 110V outlet on either side of the bed is the perfect place to plug in a CPAP machine or phone charger. And Corterra’s famous front cap tinted window gives the bedroom stunning panoramic views of the scenery outside, with blinds pre-installed for privacy. Inside the bathroom, a closet comes prepped for a washer/dryer. The backlit round bathroom mirror gives the room a bit of design flair, and the corner shower has glass doors and a skylight to make the most of any available natural light.

A middle bunk room down the hall includes a fold-out couch and prep for a TV, making it the perfect den for teens or a private second bedroom for a guest. Above the bunk room, a loft space can sleep two more guests or give kids a soft place to color, read, and hide away. Just next to the bunk room, the main living area features three separate banks of seating – two theater-style loveseats and a trifold couch that converts to a bed. There are built-in cup holders and USB charging ports, and everything faces the entertainment center with a smart TV and a cozy electric fireplace.

The kitchen includes a 16 cubic ft. glass-front fridge, a three-burner cooktop and oven, and a residential microwave. Pantry storage and multiple drawers sit alongside a dedicated wine and coffee bar with space for wine bottles, glasses, and a coffee maker. Underneath a rear-facing window, the large single-basin sink and high-rise faucet make easy work of dish duty. For meals, there’s a dinette with four chairs and the tabletop lifts to reveal hidden storage underneath – perfect for storing crafts, homework supplies, or a laptop.

Corterra also includes Heartland’s new TRIO Airflow A/C system, with two 15k BTU units for powerful, efficient climate control. Our SŌL 190 solar package comes standard and consists of a 190-watt solar panel and mounted roof dock, a 30-amp charge controller, a pre-wired inverter kit, and up to eight solar-ready outlets. A 19-foot power awning with LED lights can transform the exterior of your RV into a shaded front patio, and the deluxe tinted glass entry door caps it all off with design flair.
