After three months of taking videos, I’ve finally finished my summer montage. This is probably my favorite Youtube video I’ll ever make because it has everything to do with what makes me feel alive. The people that you see here are my home. They are what make me happy, and surrounding myself with their positivity is the best thing I could have done for myself.

This summer was about self-reflection and understanding what makes me happy. If I’m being honest, I cried so much this time around because of how overwhelmed and stressed out I was coming into the summer. I was also too focused on making it big with my music. Nights were hard, sleeping was harder. Working at Playa and hanging out with my original crew made me step back a little and enjoy the little things in life, all while reflecting on my character and trying to become a better person in the process. My friends really make me happy and I am now a little less afraid of what is to come for my future. I will just keep doing me regardless of who sees, and I will do my best to make sure my friends are happy, too. After all, they are my home. They are MY happy.

Rachel & Jake - Thank you for being my “true two”. You are the ones I truly look up to and need in my life. I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you. You’ll always have me no matter where I go, no matter how far I am, no matter how successful I become. You guys will be right in my heart.

Chris, Jimmy, Matt, Ben, Devin, Dom & Josh - Thank you for being real homies, checking up on me every now and then. Not many people do, and when shit hits the fan, I know I can count on you guys to have my back. I’ll always have yours, too.

Nina, Izzy & Alyssa - I’m so happy I got to work at Playa this summer and gotten close with you three, especially. I can count on you and I can say that I trust you all dearly. I’m always going to be here for you whenever you need me, and I know you will all be there for me when I need you too. I’m grateful to have you in my life.

And for the ones I’ve lost this summer - I’m sorry I’ve hurt you, and I do miss your company, but things happen for a reason. Til we meet again.
