Today I'm going to show you a very simple zucchini recipe.
This zucchini recipe is very suitable for appetizers and aperitifs, accompanied by a simple mayonnaise, with other appetizers such as nuts, cheese, grapes and honey.
Ingredients for 4 servings
2 medium zucchini.
2 eggs.
Salt pepper.
flour or starch 2 tbsp.
